Mollywood superstar Dileep is ready for another mass
film. Other than Mollywood all industries are busy doing remakes of other
languages, but now mollywood too joining the game leading from front by
superstar Dileep. The actor will be seen in the hit filmmaker S S Rajamouli's Telugu superhit 'Maryada
Ramanna', which is an adaptation of the 1923 Hollywood movie 'Our
Hospitality', has already been remade in Kannada, Bengali and recently in Hindi
as Son of Sardaar, with Ajay Devgn in the lead.
S. S. Rajamouli is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and action choreographer who works primarily in the Telugu cinema. He is known for directing blockbuster films like Magadheera and Eaga both of which won the National award for best special effect.
The Malayalam version titled as ‘Ivan Maryadharaman’ will be directed by debutant Suresh Diwakar. And hit pair Uday Krishna and Siby K Thomas will be penning the script, it will be their 20th film with Dileep after 2013 flick ‘Sringaravelan’.
A source close to the production of the film says, "Dileep had signed the movie by mid-2012 but it being a huge project got delayed because the writers and actor, who recently collaborated for Kammath and Kammath, have been busy with several films."
The plot of the story, Raman (Dileep) is an employee in a rice mill in Pune. He has a bicycle on which he carries the rice to be processed to the mill. Raman decides to buy an auto rickshaw and reaches his village to borrow money from his mother for the same. But once he reaches his village he is shocked to find a gang of people waiting there to kill him. Raman who is noble and gentle is forced to become rough and tough since then.
The film will be produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Ann Megha Media. Nikki Galrani is the heroine.The music for this upcoming entertainer will be done by Gopi Sundar.
The film expected to release in April 2015 as Vishu
release.
