(Kumbasaram- another good movie for Mollywood industry)
After the success of Zakariyayude garbinikal, Aneesh Anwer is back with a family oriented movie Kumbasaram produced by Niyas Ismail. The script, dailouge and screen play is handled by Aneesh itself.Cinematography is handled by Alby and music is composed by Vishnu Mohan sithara.
Coming to the technical side, Aneesh Anwer once again proved his talent in story, screenplay and direction, his work was simply superb. Cinematography was also nice but didn't reach up to the expectation. Vishnu Mohan has composed a couple of good songs and the BGM were also nice ehich is supporting the scenes well.
Jayasurya had done a matured role by contributing 100% to the character. Honey rose as usual done a good job. All other actors like Shanawas,Toni Tom, Parvathi all supported well.
Movie starts with Jayasurya's confession by telling each and every sin he does,
The movie says the story of a simple lived auto driver Alby (Jayasurya) and his wife Meera (honey Rose). All thier hopes are on thier one and only son Jerry. But he is sick due to a disease which could only cureable through a very expensive surgery.
To meet the hospital expenses alby tries a lot and goes to the extreme level to make money, And The story continues on the unexpected events happening on the life on alby and Meera. Movie goes through the deep friendship of Jerry with Rasool, Tinu and Malu too.
Yes this is a come back of Jayasurya after a series of flops. Kumbasaram could have been a super hit movie if second half had been little bit shorter.
