'Onnam lokha mahayudham' is a road cinema in which Aparna and Tovino travels in a car which is chased by other gang.
The movie starts with the flashback of Tovino, the struggles faced by him till now and the movie continues with a problem that he is facing.
Tovino plays the role of a doctor (Dr.jacob) who is working in a private hospital and is irresponsible to his work, does all kind of bad businesses for his personal benefits without any regrets.
Dr Jacob deal with a big cooperate named "Chittiyar" to give a medicine for ₹4 crore but gets trapped by another villian anirudhan (jojo) who kidnapped his family and he asks to get that medicine for him and will pay a sum of ₹ 6 crore. On the way doing that deal Aparna joins him as she plans to arrest him, she waits for the most suitable time to come but they both now face tough situations and the journey continuous and and the story says the problems faced by them on the way in a thrilling way.
The casting was perfect in which jojo and Chenban vinod was awesome doing villain role.
Tovino also was quite good and executed well, aparna were also good, Balu Varghese and Nishant Sagar also have a guest role in the movie.
Govind menon was simply superb in composing music for the movie, BGM were heavy and awesome but many times it feels like the movie doesn't deserve this kind of music.
Sreevarun the director was good and didn't felt that he is a debutant but the script was the area they should have been careful, the duo Hariprasad and Rishi Surya is not upto the mark and didn't succeeded to convey it in a good manner but the director had somewhat done his job well.
